  2. No Guarantee of Acceptance: We cannot guarantee that the TNPSC portal will accept every file generated by our tool. Rejection can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as poor quality of the original source image uploaded by the user, changes in official server algorithms, or browser compatibility issues on the official portal.
  3. Waiver: By using our tools, you agree that Application Mitra and its developers shall not be held liable for any application rejection, loss of examination opportunity, or career setbacks resulting from the use of our services.

4. Technology & Data Handling (“As Is” Basis)

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Client-Side Processing: We utilize client-side browser technology to process images. This means your files are processed in your device’s RAM and are not stored on our servers.
  • Data Loss: Since we do not store your data, we cannot recover any lost photos or signatures once you close the browser tab. We accept no liability for data loss due to browser crashes, power failures, or user error.
  • Software Errors: While we rigorously test our code, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, although we maintain strict SSL security standards.
