1. Customer Support & Technical Assistance

If you are experiencing difficulties using the Photo Compressor or Signature Suite, please reach out to our technical team. To help us serve you faster, please include the following details in your email:

  • Device Type: (e.g., Android Mobile, iPhone, Windows Laptop)
  • Browser: (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
  • Issue Description: A brief explanation of the error (e.g., “The download button is not active” or “The signature is looking blurry”).
  • Screenshots: If possible, attach a screenshot of the error message.

2. Before You Contact Us (Troubleshooting)

Since our tool runs entirely on your browser (Client-Side), many common issues can be resolved instantly without waiting for a support reply. Please check these steps:

  • Clear Cache: Sometimes old scripts get stuck in your browser. Try clearing your cache or opening the website in “Incognito” or “Private” mode.
  • File Format: Ensure your original file is a JPG, JPEG, or PNG. We do not currently support PDF or TIFF uploads.
  • File Corruptions: If the tool says “Invalid File,” try taking a fresh screenshot of your photo and uploading that screenshot. This often fixes metadata errors.

3. Scope of Support (Important Disclaimer)

Please note that Application Mitra is an independent educational utility. We are NOT affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) or the Government of Tamil Nadu.

What we CAN help you with:

  • Fixing bugs on the applicationmitra.com website.
  • Guiding you on how to use the compression tools.
  • Clarifying doubts regarding the technical specifications of photo/signature pixels.

What we CANNOT help you with:

  • We cannot retrieve your login ID or password for the TNPSC portal.
  • We cannot verify if your application has been accepted or rejected by the commission.
  • We cannot help you download your Hall Ticket.
  • We cannot provide legal advice regarding recruitment notifications.

4. Privacy & Data Recovery Queries

We often receive emails asking: “I edited my photo yesterday, can you send it to me again? I lost it.”

The answer is: No.

To protect your privacy, Application Mitra utilizes a Serverless Architecture. Your photos and signatures are processed inside your own device’s RAM and are never uploaded to our cloud servers. Once you close the browser tab, the data is permanently erased. We do not keep backups of user documents. This ensures your identity remains 100% secure, but it also means we cannot recover lost files for you.
